Meet Phil
I am a lifelong athlete who is passionate about fitness, quality of life, and helping others. I have a lifetime of competitive athletics, physical fitness, and wellness experience. I am trained in a variety of exercise regimens. This vast experience and education provides a depth of knowledge that sets me apart from other personal trainers.
What does this mean for YOU? The answer is that every one of my clients gets their own unique, individualized wellness curriculum that is based on multiple fitness routines. Your training regimen will be well-rounded and will include not only strength building, but also balance, cardio, agility, nutrition, flexibility, injury prevention, and mindfulness.
