Phil is a lifelong athlete who is passionate about fitness, longevity, and helping others. He is the founder of Longevity Pathways Coaching LLC, and specializes in a safe, holistic, specialized personal training approach with the age 55+ community.
Phil has over fifty years of fitness experience and education. These include:

Phil’s vast amount of fitness knowledge creates a depth of knowledge that sets him apart from other personal trainers. His ability to incorporate multiple types of fitness programming (Tai Chi, Yoga, bodybuilding, etc.) enables a more effective, well-rounded, and beneficial product for his clients. Phil’s teaching philosophy is focused on a long-term healthy lifestyle rather than “quick win” goals. His Longevity Pathways training regimen will guide you through strength building, flexibility, balance, cardio, agility, plyometrics, nutrition, injury prevention, and mindfulness.
